How to Get Started:

New Customers: Immediate Testing with Prepaid Setup

Don't let initial account setup hold up your urgent testing needs. While your formal billing account is being processed, we can analyze your samples right away on a prepaid basis. Once we have established a working relationship, your account can be transitioned to standard invoice terms.

New Customer Payment Policy

To keep your testing moving without delay, new accounts are serviced on a prepaid basis until an established billing history is set up.

1. Submit Your Sample: Fill out the intake form and ship your fluid sample.
2. Credit Card: Once we receive your sample we will call you to arrange credit card payment over the phone. 
3. We Will Run Your Samples: Once payment has cleared we will run your samples. 
4. Receive Results: Your report is generated and delivered as soon as analysis is complete.

Existing Credit Customers

• Always include your Account ID on your Fuel Analysis Submission intake form and shipping paperwork so our bench team can immediately link your samples to your account.

Unidentifiable  shipments will be held at intake and may incur processing delays or return shipping fees.

2. Include a Printout: Print your email confirmation receipt and slip it into the shipping box with your bottle.
3. Ship Your Sample: Send your package to our laboratory facility. We will notify you the moment it arrives on our bench!
